August 15, 2005

BTVL has reduced tariffs for its high speed broadband services to Rs 30 per hour. This is the same rate as is charged for dial-up internet services. The new package, called Delight 256, allows unlimited downloads at 256 kbps and comes with no monthly rental. The new tariff package will be made available to Airtel fixed line customers in the northern region in the beginning.
